Refund policy

You may return your purchased orders within 30 days from the date of receipt of the orders without specifying a reason.

To make a return, you must send an email directly to encomendas@sportssolutions.pt. You will need to attach photographs/videos that prove the condition of the item.
If your order includes a return label:

1) Place the merchandise in the original packaging, closing it securely.

2) Place the return label on the package, taking care to cover any barcode labels already on the label.

3) Deliver the order to the most convenient point of the courier's name for you.

Deliveries must be made to the following address: Rua de São Bento 209, 1250-219 Lisbon.
