Terms of service
Products sold by Sports Solutions are covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of delivery of the goods.
The warranty covers any damage or malfunction of the product attributable to the use for which the product was intended or to a manufacturing defect.
The warranty does not cover:
To make use of the warranty, you must send an email directly to encomendas@sportssolutions.pt.
You will need to attach photographs/videos that prove the defect found in the product.
The product may be repaired, replaced or refunded depending on the assessment of the defect that will be carried out by Sports Solutions.
Returned goods are refunded by Sports Solutions within 14 days of receipt of the product returned by the customer. The refund is made exclusively to the same payment method used to create the order, without exception.

- Customization of the goods;
